Shipping Policy.

This Shipping Policy describes how we deliver orders placed on pawzee.shop. By placing an order you accept the terms below.

1. Coverage

We deliver across all serviceable pincodes in India. You can check serviceability for any pincode on a product page or at checkout. For pincodes outside our network we will notify you and refund the order in full.

2. Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all orders of ₹499 and above.
  • Orders below ₹499 incur a flat ₹49 shipping charge, shown at checkout.
  • All charges are inclusive of GST.

3. Order processing time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a business day are picked and packed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on Indian public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation by SMS / email once your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with the tracking link when it ships.

4. Estimated delivery time

  • Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai: 1–2 business days
  • Other metros (Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days
  • Tier-2 cities: 3–6 business days
  • Tier-3 cities, hill stations, North-East India, and remote pincodes: 5–10 business days

These are indicative timelines from our courier partners and may vary due to weather, transport strikes, regional restrictions, or carrier-specific delays. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

5. Tracking

Every shipment is sent with a tracking number from one of our carrier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Shadowfax, or India Post depending on serviceability). You'll receive the tracking link by SMS, email, and inside your My Orders page.

6. Failed delivery & re-attempts

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. If they cannot reach you on any attempt, the shipment is returned to our warehouse and we will reach out by phone or email to confirm a re-dispatch (additional courier charges may apply for re-shipping). If you do not respond within 7 days, the order is treated as undelivered and refunded as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Packaging

Every Pawzee order ships in eco-friendly, recyclable corrugated cardboard, sealed with our paw-stamp tape and tucked in with kraft paper void-fill. Fragile items (glass bowls, ceramic feeders) get extra honeycomb wrap. We avoid single-use plastic wherever possible — the inserts, fillers, and box tape are all biodegradable or recyclable so you can drop the whole thing into your paper recycling.

8. Damaged or missing items

We pack every order carefully, but if something arrives damaged, missing, or wrong, please email support@pawzee.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the unopened parcel, the damaged item, and a short unboxing video if available. We will replace the item or refund you in full, at your choice.

9. Risk and title

Risk in and title to the goods passes to you once the courier marks the shipment as delivered to the address you provided. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout — we cannot reroute shipments mid-transit.

10. International shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be enabled in a future release.
